About
LifeAhead

LifeAhead is a personalized ovarian aging forecasting tool built on research from CU Anschutz, the University of Utah, and Yale. Using biological markers already collected at routine fertility clinic consultations, LifeAhead predicts individual reproductive milestones with roughly 75% less uncertainty than population-level estimates alone, giving women and their clinicians a meaningful window into the future, years before any other tool can.

The Research

The underlying science models the unique "barcode" of how each woman's ovaries age over time, translating complex biological data into a clear, actionable forecast of when to expect the menopausal transition.

What condition are we tackling?

Most women don't know when they'll reach perimenopause or menopause, and until now, no clinical tool could tell them. Existing hormone tests offer only short-term snapshots. LifeAhead changes that. By giving women a personalized reproductive timeline years in advance, LifeAhead enables earlier decisions around fertility, health, and long-term planning, closing a gap that has long been invisible to patients and clinicians alike.

What will the funding be used for?

Funding helps us spin out, move through the FDA process, and get these tools into the hands of women.
